The WRATT Foundation is a member of the Alabama Partners for Clean Air. The Foundation is the lead partner for the Voluntary Emissions Testing program.

WRATT engineers perform free emissions checks for vehicle owners at locations around the greater Birmingham area and assist owners of high emitting vehicles with servicing those vehicles. Within 90 seconds, the vehicle owner will receive testing results.

WRATT has tested over 6,000 vehicles since 2008.
